I will try for further improvements, as time permits.. Right now, the schedule is very hectic....All the emoticons are working as per their "codes" .. You need to use the codes.. I will add more emoticons as soon as possible..Many friends have asked for those emoticons.. Keep posting. Thanks. :)

  4. lets mail this blog link and all the info to the zee head for jodha akbar..wish there was some way to make ur research global so that people don't get fooled by BT and ZEE tv.

  5. Aanchal, It's not as if zee TV and BT are not aware of the right information or cannot lay their hands on correct information if they want. The thing is that they are getting TRPs in spite of showing anything in the name of history. So they don't care.

Even if the right information is made available to people, many would prefer the "soap" to the real thing. Because most people don't care too about the authenticity, as long as they are entertained.

  6. Hey Abhay! I had a request...could you please make your blog a bit more mobile-friendly? Actually my cell-phone is my go-to source of all things internet. It is a bit difficult to navigate back and forth. If the home page can a date-wise or article-wise navigation; it would be really helpful!

    Thanks!

  7. You can access links date-wise from Blog Archive, which is present in the right side bar on all pages.

  8. Shivani,
Radhika answered you. Hope that will help you. Along with that, i made some internal changes in Blog's template. I feel now it should work "somewhat" better on your phone.

  10. There as been a figure in history that has kept intrigued for a long time now. And that happens to be the 12 century A.D. Kakateeya queen, Rani Rudramadevi. Most of literary work on her happens to be in old Telugu and hence is pretty much out of my league. She is a humongous figure respect and is christened as the most influential woman ruler that ever ruled.

i had tried my level best to research on her but the language is proving to be the greatest problem here. If you can, then please devote your time to this dynamic woman as well!

P.S. I am sure you must have caught the promos of Razia Sultan! A little info on her as well! :D

  11. Shivani,

Agree with your views on Queen Rudramma Devi. :) Do you know Telugu?

  12. Had I known, my life would have been so easy! I had started learning Malayalam to read that authentic version of Mahabharata.
A month into it and I couldn't continue. The alphabets are so difficult to learn. And don't get me started on Telugu, it all looks laddu to me! No offense meant! :)
